The Shopify integration allows you to connect your Shopify store to ProductAI, sync your product catalog, generate AI-enhanced product images, and push them back to your store automatically.

Setup Guide
Step 1: Connect your store
Navigate to the Integrations page in your ProductAI dashboard and click "Connect" on the Shopify card.
- Go to Dashboard → Integrations
- Click "Connect" on the Shopify integration
- Enter your Shopify store name (e.g., "my-store" from my-store.myshopify.com)
- Click "Connect Store" to authorize
Step 2: Authorize ProductAI
You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize ProductAI. We request the following permissions:
read_products- Read product informationwrite_products- Update product images
Step 3: Sync your products
Once connected, click "Sync Products" to import your product catalog. This will fetch all products and their images from your Shopify store.
Step 4: Generate AI images
Select products from your synced catalog and use ProductAI's AI tools to generate enhanced product images with custom backgrounds, lifestyle shots, and more.
Troubleshooting
Connection failed
Make sure you're entering just the store name, not the full URL. For example, if your store is "my-store.myshopify.com", enter "my-store".
Products not syncing
Ensure your Shopify store has products published. Draft products may not appear in the sync.
